First Day of School
Wow...I can't believe we're starting another year of school already! I have to say with a personality like mine I do like the structure and schedule it brings into my life. Brecken and Tate are two years apart, but as time goes on I get more and more people asking me if they're twins. Hopefully Brecken will hit a growth spurt this year, but I'm not holding my breath for it!
Here they are together excited for Willow Elementary!
For the first day she wanted her hair down, straight, and in a headband so she wouldn't "look like a baby"......well easy enough for me. When she was all ready she looked in the mirror and said, " I look just like Alex (Wizards of Wavery Place) sweet!"
Brecken has Ms. Filion this year.
Tate is starting 1st grade
This is Tate's first year of all day school. And also his first year of early morning school. He did great this morning because everything was so new and exciting. We'll have to see how long that holds up! He is such an easy going good kid. He is quite opinionated about what he wears, but I'll deal with it for how easy he is to get ready in the morning compare to the girls!
I talked to Tate for a few minutes when he got home from school and he really liked it. after a little while I took a phone call and came back to find him completely zonked. This morning-all day school thing might take a little getting used to.
Avery started Preschool
She has been begging to go to school for the last couple years, she could not be more thrilled that it's finally her turn to leave with the big kids. Too bad her backpack hadn't come in time for her first day. I told her it should be here and I was so sorry it wasn't. She said,"it's okay mom I already have a backpack." then ran down and got this hilarious stupid little plastic doll back pack. Um awesome,oh well! (let it go Paige...let it go)
