A Name and a Blessing

Our sweet little boy was given a name and a blessing by his amazing daddy. My heart raced with anxiety that it would all go smoothly and that Crew would be good, and he was. When Bubba came down from the stand to take him from me he was asleep, he was so quiet throughout the blessing that I just figured he was still asleep. But afterward when he was held up I realized his eyes were WIDE open. He was just a sweet little angel who didn't make peep. Bub gave the most beautiful blessing I had every heard. I think by #4 he's pretty much gotten it down, he did a great job!
Crew was even surprised at how wonderful the day went! Ha Ha
Those big blue eyes make me laugh!
We had both sides of the family come over to the house and eat, talk, and laugh. I loved every second of it. My heart was very very very full today!

I love blessing days... I think they're so special! So glad things went smoothly and there were no last minute blow-outs!

Awww...so sweet! Your family is beautiful. Isn't it sometimes surreal to realize you are at this point in life?
